  • Due to our made-to-order process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.
