Stake My Claim is a Texas-inspired lifestyle brand offering heritage-style apparel, accessories, and novelty gifts for those who love the Lone Star State. Our mission is to celebrate Texas culture and craftsmanship with high-quality designs made by Texans, for anyone with the Texan spirit.

Where are your products made?

Our products are currently made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, allowing us to provide high-quality goods while reducing waste. As we grow, we plan to transition into manufacturing locally in Texas.

Product & Ordering

How do your products fit?

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are true to size with a comfortable, classic fit. Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page to ensure the best fit.

What materials are used in your apparel?

Our clothing is made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (heather colors contain polyester). Our sweatshirts and hoodies feature a cotton-poly blend for extra softness and durability.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our items are made to order, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

Since all our products are made-to-order, orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time, but we plan to expand internationally as we grow. Stay tuned!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We stand by our products! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us at support@stakemyclaim.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

How does the sweepstakes entry work?

Every purchase you make earns you an automatic entry into our sweepstakes! Different products have different entry values. Full details and prize listings can be found on our Sweepstakes page.

Do I need to buy something to enter the sweepstakes?

How often are winners selected?

Sweepstakes winners are drawn every 6 months (with a goal to move to quarterly drawings in the future). Winners are notified by email and must claim their prize within the specified timeframe.
